Birthday Party for Dewey

We celebrated our youngest turning 30 this past weekend.  Hubby and youngest had been discussing a new game about the German's invading Norway. Having lived  in Norway and seen Hitler's Teeth (plenty of pictures on the Internet), plus having conversations with folks who lived through the invasion, it's a story we are interested in as a family, plus we sure enjoy these types of games. So hubby found a book and game based on the events during WWII. Kampen om Norge. We played it after lunch and realized that those German's would really have to work hard to win. Hubby and I were the German's . . . we lost. 

Youngest also served us a lovely veggie soup, but this shows my "backward family" of lefties. When you are a righty in this family, YOU are the odd one out! Which means . . . . me.
