Spent most of yesterday baking and decorating so that the cookies could sit for a while. Then they were packed up and mailed off to here and there. I am starting to get a bit more adventurous with the decorating and also beginning to understand how the frosting works. Making the dam to hold in the smoother frosting that fills in the center. Still not real good at that, but getting the hang of it. They are sure fun to make. I have some ideas for Easter and will include more than one color. Maybe.
