I am making this for a friend, and praying for her while I make it. I am just now starting to tie it, and will need to bind as well. A ways to go, but I am happy with the overall look. My FIRST attempt. I used iron on stretch tricot on the backs of the t-shirts before I cut them out. I used a light flannel in the middle instead of traditional batting. The fabric was supplied by the recipient and I was given free reign as to the construction. I could have fussed for weeks on the design, but decided to just jump in, sew and pray!
