This is for a young lady who is performing a violin recital. It was too short and her mom went to the local fabric store and was given some advice on how to make it wearable for her daughter. I made an underskirt of a stretch knit, added the netting at the bottom and attached the underskirt to the empire waist band on the inside. It works.
