His and Hers

I am finally, after lots of other activities, excitement and diversions, back in the sewing room, with two, yes TWO trips to the fabric store this week. My first plan was sidelined by my lack of focus. I pulled out the hawaiian shirt pattern and didn't notice until it was time to put on the buttonholes that it was the woman's pattern I had pulled out and made, not the man's! I had PLANNED on making hubby a shirt and me a little dress. Now I made us both shirts, and today bought some red polka dot to make a dress for me and will use the remaining of the blue to make a little jacket. I have been wanting a red dress anyway.




We are all ready for the 4th of July!
