Working on high end garments takes TIME!  Oh, my goodness.  I decided to add an inner lining to my jacket. Reading and researching convinced me it was the way to go here. I found some very loosely woven black fabric in with all my linings (I may pitch the polyester pieces I have purchased, so terribly uncomfortable against the skin) and use other fabrics, more natural fabrics in the future. 

 Here is the wool "fashion" fabric and the inner lining. 

Here is the silk lining fabric. I talked to my mom, it is meant as a lining fabric. I thought so as it is very light and fine. A bit too fine for a blouse. Good to know silk is made for lining. That and cotton will be my go to fabrics from now on. No more polyester linings.
